Based on the iconic double punched US M-1907 rifle sling used throughout WW1 and WW2. Constructed of Top Grain leather with a soft underliner and available in two iconic brown tones. LEATHER/ PAIRING: Inspired by the historic US M-1907 sling designed for carrying or steading rifles such as the iconic M1 Garand. The Haveston M-1907 leather watch strap features a number of details which line up with its namesake design:

The M-1907 is available in Russet Brown and Seal Brown. Mirroring popular A2 flight jacket tones of Russet and Seal Brown, the '07 sling itself was also issued in a Russet cowhide, but would often gain a darker patination through use and oiling, to eventually appear a darker more Seal Brown. The '07 sling was initially issued with blackened brass hardware, which eventually transitioned to a parkerised steel in 1938. Our M-1907 leather strap is equipped with a non reflective bead blasted finish to reference this. LAYOUT: A one-piece watch strap layout outfitted with our signature secondary floating keeper, which allows the spare tail to be stowed without the need for folding back, and repositioned 7 o'clock buckle to deliver greater comfort and enhanced aesthetics. Our single-pass layout offers a streamlined wearing profile and reduced "off-wrist" height while retaining the security of a one-piece layout to protect against spring-bar failure. INSTALLATION/ CARE For watches with a limited springbar to case clearance, install bars over the watch strap, or consider curved bars. Do not force strap through, as this may deteriorate strap, bars and case. Leather color variations and surface distress will occur producing a unique patina and character. Wipe and air dry to clean. Apply mild leather conditioner for additional upkeep.
